How excited I was to see my name mentioned in your blog! It motivated me to get back to writing regular blogs. Thank you! And thank you for writing as you do. I only subscribe to a handful of blogs -- only because there are hundreds if not thousands of good ones, and I will read them all, one after the other. This would mean no time to blog myself or actually do what I get paid to do. But I subscribe to you, a kindred spirit. Write on, Sister! Reply to this

This post came at the perfect time! I'm writing a memoir and I have to keep reminding myself that I'm doing this because I have a story to tell. There are many times of resistance, and much to learn from that as well. And you're right, there is true value in writing it out. It's amazing the truth that emerges. Reply to this

I find more than anything the main benefit for me personally is the energy I have the day after a massage. As someone who is active in their day to day lifestyle, sometimes I get worn out, which is not always something I can accommodate when I've got activities, sports, working out etc 6 days of the week. I can go for a massage on my "off" day and feel like a million bucks for the rest of the week!! Having said that, massage is/would be beneficial to all - not just those who use their bodies for sports, working out etc. It helps to put the mind and body in sync, that is something no one should overlook.

Suzanne, Loving this blog! It must be the season for pruning. My analogy has been more about shutting doors. Shutting doors so that I can feel protected. Shutting doors so I can feel safe. Shutting doors so that a window may open. Write on! Reply to this

You Rock! I'm reading backwards, 'cuz it's fun, and this is yet another post that inspires and reminds me that it's not about being giddy with joy all of the time, but about acknowledging and banking the moments that are. Thank you. Your writing is a joy and D-E-L-I-G-H-T to read. Reply to this
